Very good protection against north wind and swell despite the straight but stay south of the Psaraliki beach, there is an underwater cable and pipeline crossing from the beach to Paros, and anchoring north of this line is prohibited. You also have space for one boat at anchor in the inner harbour but the space to swing is very limited.
Great anchorage with a sandy seabed providing excellent holding. Anchor in 4-6 meters, good protection, especially from the northwest, though some swell from passing ferries and boats can be expected. The bay attracts kite and windsurfers.
The town of Antiparos is just a short ride away. It’s a charming destination.
