Secret Harbour is a place that may leave you with mixed feelings. On the plus side, it offers essential services like fuel, water, and electricity at the dock. The marina does have its charm, but there are some quirks you should be aware of.
The dockmaster doesn’t use VHF, which can be inconvenient. You’ll need to reach out by phone or, ideally, have some help from fellow cruisers for docking. The facilities include a decent restaurant but prices are on the higher side for what you get.
One thing to note is that the marina’s location isn’t particularly vibrant in terms of local amenities or attractions. It’s a bit of a walk to Prickly Bay for more variety, and there aren’t many nearby shops or tourist spots.
