Drive the Route de la Traversée for an easy stop at Cascade aux Écrevisses, then continue into the national park for short walks in shade. Back near the coast, look for small restaurant and stalls selling fruit and sorbet.

1 Review on “Anse à Douville”
Located in a sheltered spot with a sandy seabed, it’s generally safe for anchoring. However, navigating the access channel can be tricky, especially for larger vessels. The narrow, buoyed channel requires precise maneuvering, particularly when aligning with the green and red buoys.
The anchorage itself is fairly quiet and offers some protection from the prevailing winds. It’s a good spot to settle for a while if you don’t mind a bit of caution during arrival. The water clarity might not be the best, with some murkiness, and the local environment can sometimes feel a bit unkempt.
You can find a Carrefour Express and a few other stores within walking distance. The small concrete jetty to the right of the harbor provides mooring options.
