Baia di San Terenzo is a pretty anchorage, nestled between La Spezia and Portovenere. The holding in sand and mud was solid, which gave me peace of mind. It’s quite sheltered. The village of San Terenzo itself is charming, and it’s easy to take a quick dinghy ride ashore for supplies or a bite to eat.
