Porto di Sant’Angelo is a charming but compact harbor with limited berths. Space is tight, so advance booking is a good idea, especially in high season. The breakwater offers some protection, but in southerly winds or swell, the motion can get uncomfortable. Med mooring is standard, and the harbor staff are usually helpful with lines.
Don’t expect extensive repair services. Ashore, the village is as picturesque as it gets, with whitewashed buildings, small cafes, and thermal spas nearby. A short walk takes you to Maronti Beach, and the island’s famous thermal waters aren’t far.
