I loved how the floating docks make you feel like you’re almost anchored right in the heart of nature, with the soothing rhythm of the tides.
Getting there does take some patience—sailing upstream for a while—but honestly, that just adds to the charm. The entrance can be a bit tricky with shifting sandbanks, so trust the buoys more than your charts! But once inside, you’re rewarded with a sense of calm that’s hard to beat. The village nearby is absolutely lovely, with cozy little restaurants like El Faro where you can grab a drink or some tapas and just relax.
