The anchorage here is generally sandy, providing good holding, but it’s essential to anchor in the southern part of the bay due to the depth in the northern area. Expect a fair amount of swell, which can make for an uncomfortable night. The area is quite exposed to wind and swell, particularly on the northern side.The beach and its surroundings are lively with plenty of tourist activities, including jet skis and boat tours, which can lead to noise and congestion. The northern part of the bay is restricted for swimmers, but this doesn’t completely alleviate the disturbance from tourist boats.
