At Rodney Bay, prefer the marina with security and guard service over anchoring in the bay: dinghy thefts are frequently reported on specialized sites, even when the dinghy is locked. Personally, I prefer Marigot Bay, superb, zero hassles, and possibility to directly reach Bequia by leaving early in the morning. I once stopped at Soufrière Bay in the south of St. Lucia, frankly I won’t do it again: aggressive boat boys.
